They were always helpful with our requests. We were able to walk into the city and gardens rather than taking the car. Location was handy to supermarkets.

Office staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable and no complaints with anything. Parking was good. Handy to city, supermarkets and tourist attractions. On the main road but we heard no traffic noise. The entrance to the property is separate from the exit and both are on the main road, so no problems.

Great facilities (kitchen) and nice spacious room. Able to control temperature (the room was warm and welcoming). Great staff on reception, very helpful and gave us milk for tea etc. Bathroom also had everything you needed - good water pressure and hair dryer.
